Third Space

Third Space is a conceptual social good campaign that is set in my hometown, Lynchburg, VA. It encourages locals to claim abandoned spaces as third spaces. A third space is a public place, separate from home and work, where people can gather and socialize. What makes this campaign unique is the fact that we took photos of real places in Downtown Lynchburg and used them to show off our designs. The campaign features the design of three revitalized spaces in downtown Lynchburg, a printed magazine article, and coordinated Instagram posts that engage the public and encourage community participation.
